Dar al- Hamd is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Kharabsheh, West Amman, home to the renowned scholar and spiritual guide, Sheikh Nuh Ha Mīm Keller. As such, the neighborhood has flourished with travelers from all over the world, especially the West.  Many of his students permanently reside in Kharabsheh, and have been doing for over a decade.  You will find the area very pleasant and suitable to the needs of westerners. 

There are also many other advantages for the student of Islamic sciences.  Classes in fiqh (all schools), aqidah, and tasawwuf are held daily, and can be easily arranged and attended with any one of the scholars/teachers residing in the neighborhood.

Most importantly, Dar al-Hamd is conveniently located less then a minute walk away from Masjid an-Noor, the mosque where all of the locals and travelers in the neighborhood congregate for all of their daily prayers.
